Wood Species
All of our hardwood moldings will wear better than a softwood variety.
For exterior wood trim we suggest Spanish Cedar, Mahogany, or
White Oak which are more stable and resist moisture better than
our other wood choices. Poplar is used for our paint grade moldings.
Estimating your quantity
Our wood molding is sold in quantities of 8 foot pieces. You can estimate the lineal footage amount of baseboard, chair rail,
and crown molding by measuring the perimeter of your room,
plus closets! Add a 10% waste factor to your footage total.

Responses to your requests will be made within 24 hours
or less, Monday thru Friday.
Responses to your requests received over the weekend
will be made on Monday.
Once we've responded to your quote and you would like
to place an order, we will require a drawing or sample
of your profile if you are ordering a custom profile.
At the time of your order we will require a 50% deposit by check,
or money order. All our moldings are 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
All of our moldings are produced to order. We stock the lumber in various species but not the moldings. Pricing of our moldings are
figured by the size (width X length) of the molding, not by the design. Please allow 10 or 15% waste when you calculate your order.
Setup and tooling costs are in addition to the price per ft.
Most of our lumber is stocked in eight foot lengths.
If you need longer stock, we will be happy to order it
for you at no extra charge. (It may add a day or two
to the completion date.)

Shipping
Lengths up to eight feet can be shipped UPS.
Lengths over eight feet can be shipped common carrier.
Orders for specific lengths are 20% more and random lengths average about 10% waste.
